2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 egg whites
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Toppings of choice: low fat cheeses, meat, veggies, low fat marinara -We like Trader Joe’s Organic tomato basil marinara sauce:) We love all things Trader Joe’s.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine cauliflower with garlic and add to food processor, blend until crumbled to about rice size.
Microwave the cauliflower mix 8-10 min. Cool slightly. Now use those arm muscles to squeeze out excess water. Be sure to get as much as you can out!
Stir this mixture with the rest of ingredients.
Form into crust and bake alone about 15-20 min, until golden.
Now add healthy pizza sauce and toppings of choice: load up on those veggies too!
Bake an additional 10 min and enjoy:)
