An opening message from PREP Fitness

Every single day, as an athlete in the sport of life, you have to perform.   Whether it’s at work, at home or at play.  If you’re not in shape, you can’t perform well.  If you’re injured because of your training, you can’t perform at all.  Our training is designed to “PREP” you for the rigors of your everyday demands by first minimizing the risk of injury, then improving functional abilities.  We apply a “Quality before Quantity” approach to any program our clients participate in.  To ensure our training adheres to our philosophy, the FMS is the foundation of all of our training.  It provides us with both a risk analysis of each client and a blueprint to the most beneficial and efficient path to improved performance.
