“Physically Ready for Everyday Performance”
Youth Summer Fitness Camp (8-12)
This 5 or 10 week camp is designed to improve kid’s health & fitness, but more importantly to educate them & establish health & fitness as part of daily life. We create a fun atmosphere that encourages them to push themselves & accomplish goals. It’s group based so teamwork & camaraderie are a big theme. From the parent’s perspective, we’re teaching proper, age appropriate movement skills such as squatting, lunging, hinging, pushing & pulling that are essential to a safe & effective fitness regimen. We keep the number in each class to a max of 12-15 so each young athlete gets plenty of attention.
“The Program at a Glance”
The first three days are spent developing skills & knowledge of proper exercise. At the end of each week, we put everything that we learned together and make it into a fun game. The PREP philosophy of Quality over Quantity is present in everything we program( i.e., do it well, then do it a lot!)

1 Session: $55/week or $250 PIF
2 Sessions: $55/week or $450 PIF
